VAVA from Portugal uses high-end black acetate material from Mazzucchelli in Italy, as well as tree fibers and cotton seeds from nature, to create 100% recyclable and biodegradable M49 eco-friendly material. Skilled Italian craftsmen process the surface to give the black plate material a contrast of gloss and matte finish. VAVA makes use of geometric shapes and simple lines, combined with precise carving to create different levels of thickness and space, injecting three-dimensional visual effects into their glasses. Black can also exhibit different degrees of shading.
